Policies - Domestic Orders
Our shipping department is able to ship to street addresses within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
Sales tax equal to 7% of the product(s) ordered shall be collected by IC Relief, LLC for all shipments to addresses located within the State of Florida.
Order Processing Times
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 3 – 5 day delivery time.
We typically ship 3 times per week and try to process orders within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends; special alerts will appear on our web page if our shipping department is closed or delayed). Orders submitted Monday – Friday ship USPS Priority Mail®. Next day express delivery service is not available. Orders submitted between Friday 9:00 AM EST and Sunday Midnight will be processed the next business day.
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed). This service provides tracking numbers for all of our orders. If you need faster delivery, we are happy to offer UPS services at your request, but please note that the shipping cost will be considerably higher. Please call for pricing.
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail® ( estimated 7 to 14 business day delivery). Tracking is not available if we send your order in a small flat rate box (fits one product). Tracking is available if we send your order in a medium flat rate box (fits two products). Tracking is also available on large quantity orders. Please select your shipping choice at check-out.
Please note that adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and USPS shipping rates.
International Customs / Taxes / Duties
The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those laws, policies, rules and regulations.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products (straight, curved glass and/or custom glass pieces) to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the product & shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by you.
All offers to sell IC Relief, LLC products are void where prohibited by law.
