We process all forms of payment through a secure credit card processing center: Stripe® (online payment processing for Internet Businesses); we do not have access to your personal credit card information. We are PCI compliant.
What does PCI Compliant mean: The Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) was established by the major card brands including: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® Financial Services, and JCB International. All business who process credit cards (merchants) are required to implement the PCI standards into their methods of processing to prevent credit card theft.

Paying with PayPal®
PayPal® enables you to send payments quickly and securely on-line using a credit card or bank account.
When you select PayPal® in the Shopping Cart, you go to the PayPal® site, where you can send your payment. You can choose how you would like to fund your PayPal® payment (for example, using a checking account, credit card, or PayPal® balance) and then send the payment. If you use PayPal®, the seller (IC Relief, LLC) require a street shipping address (not a PO Box).

Claims & Return of Goods
ALL sales are final! Damaged product claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt. Should the product(s) arrive damaged do not open the sealed product (DO NOT USE); please save all packaging materials & the product and contact us immediately for further instructions. Make sure that what you are ordering is appropriate for your use. AGAIN, if you are NOT sure whether a product is appropriate for your use, please DO NOT order it! Shipping fees are not refundable.

We strive to have our products available for immediate shipment. On rare occasions, due to popularity and high demand for our products; products may be on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. Additionally, your credit card will not be charged (if you did not pay with PayPal™) until the item ordered is dispatched. If we cannot fill your order within 10 working days, we will gladly provide a refund at your request.
